Cantina Laredo’s Special Valentine’s Menu is just perfect for celebrating your special evening!
Enjoy a ENSALADA DE MANGO with jicama, seasoned pumpkin seeds, grapes, mint and queso fresco with a honey vinaigrette or SOPA DE PIMIENTO, a creamy roasted red pepper soup topped with almonds and queso fresco. The Skinny Lime Margarita and Sangria-Swirled Frozen Margarita hit the spot as the Nashville Food Bloggers were invited to preview the Valentine’s Menu.
Check out the special menu to see what their are offering for February 13, 14 and 15. I enjoyed the tender filet with black peppercorn dijon sauce while others enjoyed the Pollo Ancho and Camarones con Pasilla Mango Mole.
