Executive chef Jake Strang has prepared a traditional yet intriguing meal for Nashvillians and visitors to enjoy this Thanksgiving.

The menu items include cauliflower soup, roasted turkey with sage and sausage stuffing, cranberry-orange relish and herb jus, dry aged bone-in NY strip with roasted marrow butter and balsamic shallots.

There is a wine for every palate.

1808 Grille has an exquisite wine menu created by Sommelier Lou Vargo. Whether is by the glass or by the bottle, each has been expertly selected by Lou to pair with your meal and enhance your dining experience.

Dining Times

Guests will have the option to dine from 12 Noon to 3 p.m., and 4 to 8 p.m.

***A credit card is required upon making a reservation and there is a $35 cancelation fee if canceled within 24 hours.
