The word rustic seems to represent what all of us like to think of whenever we think of Italy. Wood burning ovens, the warmth and comfort of family and friends and nothing too fancy or pretentious. Just delicious, well prepared food with a hint of something not entirely new but something we can’t wait to enjoy. Chef Lisa is preparing a feast of such foods. MENU: Caavolifiore Piccante: Pickled Cauliflower with Chili Bread Crumbs; Burrata with Roasted Peppers and Italian Charcuterie; Caesar Salad with Sundried Tomatoes; Strozzapreti with Shrimp, Crispy Pancetta tossed with Grilled Vegetables and Feta; Capeseante Con Salsa Verde (Pan-Seared Scallops with rustic Italian Salsa Verde and Torta al Limone e Cioccolate: Lemon-Chocolate Olive Oil Cake.
