On November 11th from 2p to 5p, Ab Astris Winery will host a Paella and Flamenco Event sure to be the highlight of the fall!
Recently, I visited and penned an article about Ab Astris for Texas Wine Lover, the newest winery to beckon wine lovers to the 290 Wine Road, featuring 100% Texas wines. And, we decided that a musical evening of flamenco, jazz and paella would be the perfect pairing among the vines at the newest winery in Stonewall, Texas.
Nathan Hinojosa’s melodic flamenco guitar will fill the air with music and serenade us on the gorgeous fall afternoon while paella, cheese boards and wine are enjoyed under the gorgeous afternoon Texas sky.

My paella business began in the Texas Hill Country and although I temporarily moved back to Nashville, My Paella Travels Catering has made its way back to where it began and I am ready to share my passion for paella with you. I will be featuring Texas-Fusion style paella combining traditional Spanish paella with a Texas flair. Come and enjoy Brisket, chorizo sausage and chicken paella with all of the authentic techniques and flavors with an artistic touch.
